The design of this emergency light has recently been updated, and it now flush-mounts to the wall right out of the box. The "CS" in its name stands for "cord set," meaning it comes with a 10-foot plug-in cord, eliminating the need to directly connect the unit to electricity. This makes it a great choice for homes and other places where accessing electricity may be challenging, but an emergency light is still desired.

The thermoplastic housing is flame retardant, and each of the square lamp heads contains 8 long-lasting, bright white LEDs (16 diodes total). The unit only consumes 1.1 watts of electricity per cycle when activated and draws nearly zero power when AC current is flowing through the circuit. Remarkably, you will never have to replace the bulbs during the entire lifespan of the unit.
